Many of us have been out there is the elements, braving the cold or the heat or the wind to get a cool weather image. Great fun and real felling of being part of the storm. (Of course, always be safe!)
The caption describes the weather as "gloomy but kinda gorgeous at the same time." That happens sometimes.
