Photographer: psilver http://flickr.com/photos/psilver/3030166892/ Location: New York City Date: Nov. 14, 2008 I'm drawn to "Foggy Empire" because it's a scene I've experienced often living in the city.
Flickr user psilver tells in the photo caption that he is walking from a photography story in midtown toward the Empire State Building. I've been on this street many times (actually I try to avoid it, if at all possible; there are so many people!).
But I like the photo a lot. The building changes up the lights on the tower very often; usually in regards to a holiday or local happening. The weather last night made the building glow, as does this image.
